New dance class taking place at Earth Hairdressing - Stretch Workout Class
Why don’t you try a new exercise in 2012?
An Exercise
by the Japanese Musical Actress, Makiko Fukuda,
incorporates Stretching, Pilates and Classic Ballet and is now available at Earth Hairdressing!
This exercise works to tone up your inner and outer muscles, which leads to:
* Burning more calories
* Increasing basal metabolism
* Increasing your energy levels
Makiko has experience in a variety of performances including The Lion King, The Phantom of the Opera and Westside Story in London, Berlin and other cities in the US.
With Qualifications including PDTD(Professional Dancer's Teaching) Diploma by Royal Academy of Dance and Profession of teaching in UK by PTLLS(Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning sector), Makiko has a vast amount of experience,
